Stella Lellos is a partner in the firm’s Corporate/M&A department. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions and general corporate representation of U.S.-based and international companies. Stella has considerable experience in all aspects of complex corporate transactions. She has handled numerous acquisitions and dispositions of privately-owned businesses in a variety of industries, many involving cross-border issues and has represented debtors and acquirers in distressed merger and acquisition transactions, including Section 363 asset sales as well as out of court transactions. Stella regularly advises clients on structuring and implementing domestic and international joint ventures as well as trademark and software licensing, executive compensation issues and corporate governance matters. Stella is on the Board of Directors of The Financial Clinic, a non-profit financial development organization created to help poor working families achieve financial stability.
