Mr. Levy routinely represents large insurance companies in complex coverage disputes in both federal and state courts involving toxic tort, asbestos, environmental, D&O and E&O claims and has managed all aspects of litigation, from discovery, motion practice, trials and appeals. Mr. Levy has achieved many significant legal victories, including notable decisions on allocation and defense costs issues. He has also successfully resolved insurance coverage disputes through mediation and routinely advises leading insurers on a national basis regarding matters involving insurance coverage law. Mr. Levy serves on the Editorial Board of the D&O Liability Litigation News and has authored several articles on insurance law for Best's Review, Mealey's Emerging Insurance Disputes, the D&O Liability Litigation News and the New York Law Journal. While attending St. Johns University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude, Mr. Levy served as Executive Notes and Comments Editor of St. John's Law Review and authored articles that appeared in the St. John's Law Review. Mr. Levy resides in the Village of Thomaston, NY, with his wife and two children, where he is Chairman of the Village Design Review Board and the Village Ethics Committee.
