Mr. Misiti represents clients in New York State Court, Federal District Courts, and state courts throughout the country. Mr. Misiti handles all phases of litigation and has obtained successful early resolution of numerous cases involving insurance and commercial contracts. Mr. Misiti has extensive experience in advising insurers on insurance coverage issues arising out of September 11th and the destruction of the World Trade Center. Mr. Misiti also routinely advises leading insurers throughout the country on various insurance coverage issues, including issues arising out of advertising injury, class actions, products liability, environmental and toxic torts. While at Hofstra University School of Law, Mr. Misiti served as a Notes and Comments editor on the Hofstra Law Review, where his Note, "The Discrepancy in Bankruptcy Code Section 330: Can a Chapter 7 Debtor's Attorney Collect Fees from the Bankruptcy Estate?", was published.
