Over the years, Mr. McKenney has successfully represented corporate clients in a broad spectrum of cases including contract disputes, shareholder disputes and employment litigation. His strategic approach and meticulous attention to detail have earned him a reputation as a tenacious and effective litigator. Estate planning issues, including wills, irrevocable and revocable trusts, healthcare directives, powers of attorney, and other matters to carry out the client’s estate planning objectives is another area of law that Mr. McKenney has a strong background in. He meets with individuals and works to ensure their wishes are known, clearly stated and carried out to avoid future conflicts and taxes. Mr. McKenney is admitted to practice law in all courts in the State of Minnesota, including the United States District Court for Minnesota and the United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Further, Mr. McKenney is a member of the American Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, and LRIS. Chad is married to Lisa and they have two children. In his spare time, he enjoys cross-country skiing, running and cheering on Minnesota sports teams.
