About
Scott Jurchisin is an attorney at Larson • King, LLP. His professional career has been focused on helping individuals. He spent three years at a plaintiff’s civil litigation firm, where he represented individuals who were harmed by medical malpractice. He also clerked for the Honorable Jill Flaskamp Halbrooks at the Minnesota Court of Appeals and at a business litigation firm prior to joining Larson • King, LLP. Now, Scott's practice includes several types of litigation: business, consumer law, real estate, and banking. Scott is an active member of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Mock Trial Advisory Committee—a program he participated in as a high school student—and coaches mock high school and law school mock trial programs. Scott has won numerous awards for his trial skills in mock trial and moot court programs throughout college and law school, including being a quarter finalist in a national mock trial competition in 2016, and winning a national moot court competition and award for best brief in 2015. In law school, he was a CALI award recipient, earned Dean’s List honors, and served on the executive committee of Volume 42 of the Mitchell Hamline Law Review.
