Mr. Gunderson has represented individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations for over 30 years. He has experience in a broad range of civil litigation, including mechanic’s liens and other construction litigation, contract disputes, real estate matters, personal injury defense, and contested probate and trust proceedings. Elder law matters, including guardianship and conservatorship proceedings is another area that Mr. Gunderson has an extensive background in. Working extensively in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, paternity, complex property division, family business issues, protection of nonmarital assets, spousal maintenance, grandparent custody, and antenuptial agreements, Mr. Gunderson has year of experience helping his clients resolve their disputes quickly. He will ensure that his client’s interests are protected throughout the process, from drafting and responding to claims and petitions, providing guidance through mediation, settlement agreements, and, if necessary, contested court trials and appeals. Mr. Gunderson is admitted to practice law in all courts in the State of Minnesota, including the United States District Court for Minnesota and the United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Ramsey County Bar Association. He is a graduate of the College of St. Thomas (University of St. Thomas) in St. Paul, MN, and William Mitchell College of Law (Mitchell Hamline School of Law) in St. Paul, MN. He lives in St. Paul.
