Mr. Hendrikson strives to provide efficient and quality legal representation for businesses and individuals. He believes that small businesses are the backbone of our country and takes pride in helping business clients achieve their goals by counseling them on various legal options and complexities. He has assisted small businesses in various legal areas, including company formation, shareholder agreements, member agreements, sales, purchases, dissolution, construction, real estate, as well as employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, and non-compete agreements and disputes. He has represented clients in mediations, arbitrations, motions and trials. Mr. Hendrikson has extensive experience in real estate matters. He has helped numerous clients with drafting and reviewing due dilligence, letters of intent, purchase agreements, lease agreements and closing transactions. Deed preparation and record maintenance are to additional areas he can assist with when it comes to real estate law. Mr. Hendrikson looks to ensures that all terms are legally binding and the interests of his clients are protected and informed. Clients have worked with him for his advisory services regarding title examination, real estate investments, property boundary issues, breach of contract, and landlord-tenant disagreements, often through negotiation or litigation. Mr. Hendrikson is proud to be an attorney with Donohue McKenney and has teamed with colleague Chad McKenney for over 25 years on complex motions, trials and appeals. He attended college at Brown University in Providence, RI before transferring and obtaining his B.A. in Management from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN. He got his J.D, cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN . Mr. Hendrikson has helped write and teach legal classes on various subjects involving real estate and limited liability companies. He enjoys serving his family and community, coaching youth hockey and still occasionally tries to contribute as a player on the Hennepin County lawyers hockey team in the annual Barristers Cup tournament when they travel to face their friendly foes from Thunder Bay north of the border.
