Adarsh Parthasarathy is the 2024-2026 Alec Bayless Civil Rights Fellow at MacDonald, Hoague & Bayless in Seattle. There, Adarsh practices in the areas of employment discrimination and retaliation, police misconduct, and jail abuse. In his current role, Adarsh has secured favorable results for civil rights clients abused in jail and clients who were terminated unlawfully as a result of disability. Adarsh was previously the Manne Family Legal Fellow at the Texas Defender Service, where he represented people implicated in Texas’ capital system at all stages of their legal proceedings.
