Krista is an employment lawyer who focuses her practice on labor and employment advice, employment litigation, and impartial workplace investigations. Krista advises clients on a variety of labor and employment issues, working to ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations while proactively developing policies that minimize the risk of litigation. She drafts employee contracts and handbooks, reviews human resource policies, and counsels parties on employment contracts, severance agreements, reasonable accommodation and leave issues, and a variety of other workplace concerns. Krista has an active litigation practice and represents employers and employees in a wide range of matters, including shareholder disputes, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, non-compete, and trade secret litigation. As a workplace investigator, Krista’s deep knowledge of employment law, litigation experience, and work with both employees and employers provide her the experience and neutrality necessary in impartial investigations. Krista is an Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate Holder (AWI-CH) and an approved panelist with the AAA Workplace Investigations Panel.
