She had represented banks, loan servicers, private lenders, title companies, financial institutions, and other lenders and creditors in real estate disputes, including foreclosure of non-performing mortgages, reverse mortgage litigation, mortgage fraud claims, and title issues. She has experience in assisting and representing a diverse array of employers, including corporations, municipalities, small businesses, not-for-profit agencies and individuals. In addition to providing advice and counsel, Ms. Hardy's experience includes defending employers against employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims and wage and hour violations as well as litigating partnership, restrictive covenant and non-competition disputes in federal and state courts and before federal, state and local administrative bodies. Ms. Hardy also regularly counsels employers with respect to employment agreements, handbooks, and employment policies, practices and procedures. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler LLP, Ms. Hardy was a litigation associate at a midsized defense firm. During law school, she interned at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's New York District Office. Ms. Hardy was also an Associate Mulligan Editor on Fordham's Moot Court Board and a member of Fordham's Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal.
