About
Mr. Love has significant experience in all facets of civil and commercial litigation, with his primary focus on defending physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice matters. J C has assisted clients on complex legal matters ranging from premises liability, products liability, corporate law, and estate and probate matters, as well as, matters of municipal finance and real estate. Mr. Love graduated cum laude from Morehouse College where he served as student government president, student trustee, and a charter member of the college’s Omicron Delta Kappa circle. J C received his law degree from Boston College Law School where he participated in the law school’s civil litigation clinic and served as a research assistant. Prior to joining Rushton Stakely, J C practiced Georgia and served on boards overseeing vehicles for hire, procurement, and the issuing of alcohol licenses for the City of Atlanta. He also served as a board member to Invest Atlanta, Atlanta’s official economic development agency, and its Finance Committee and supported incentives to lure Porsche to locate its North American headquarters in Atlanta and voted in favor of using the city’s hotel/motel tax to finance the new football stadium.
