Frank H. Stoy is an associate in the Litigation and Cyber Liability & Technology Law Practice Groups at Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP, based in the firm’s Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Allegheny County Bar Association. Before joining Pietragallo, Mr. Stoy served as Special Assistant to Dean Ken Gormley and as Director of Academic Excellence at Duquesne University. In these roles, he contributed to various legal and academic initiatives, including the development of Dean Gormley’s forthcoming book, “American Presidents and the Constitution.” Mr. Stoy also remains active at Duquesne as an adjunct professor and as a coach for the university's arbitration and appellate moot court teams. Mr. Stoy earned his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Politics from Juniata College, where he was recognized on the Dean’s List and inducted into the National Political Science Honor Society. He obtained his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law in June 2012. During law school, he clerked for the Honorable Frederick P. Stamp in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia and served as a senior editor of the Duquesne Law Review. Mr. Stoy was also the founding President of the Appellate Moot Court Board and received multiple accolades, including the Distinguished Student Award and the Shalom Moot Court Award, and was elected to the Order of the Barristers.
