About
JAMES F. MARRION is a member of the Litigation and Product Liability Practice Groups. Mr. Marrion focuses his practice in the areas of product liability, specifically pertaining to the automotive, recreational vehicle and aviation industries. He has successfully represented manufacturers and distributors in all aspects of product liability litigation in both federal and state courts. Mr. Marrion has been selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2013 in the area of Business Litigation. Mr. Marrion serves as Vice-Chair of the Defense Research Institute’s Biomechanics & Injury Causation Specialized Litigation Group of the Product Liability Committee, one of the largest and most active committees in DRI. While attending the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Mr. Marrion was a semifinalist in the Moot Court Competition and Trial Counseling Competition. While attending Villanova for his undergraduate degree, Mr. Marrion was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society. Prior to joining Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP, Mr. Marrion clerked for the Honorable Judge Kate Ford Elliott of the Pennsylvania Superior Court, where he drafted civil and criminal opinions.
