Eryne exclusively practices immigration law. She is passionate about finding immigration solutions for her clients, with a keen attention to detail and a committment to providing attentive service. Eryne assists individuals and companies in obtaining temporary work visas and employment-based permanent resident status, including the filing of PERM labor certification applications and petitions for multinational managers. She is experienced in filing achievement-based petitions, including cases for outstanding researchers and national interest waivers for scientists and musicians. She has represented companies in a broad range of industries and sizes, ranging from small start-up companies to multinational Fortune 500 companies. In addition, Eryne helps individuals obtain immigration status for their family members, including spouses, parents, and siblings of U.S. citizens. She also assists individuals in applying for naturalization. Eryne is committed to helping individuals obtain legal status and regularly volunteers in the Seattle community. She currently volunteers with the King County Bar Association and the Immigrant Families Advocacy Project as a Supervising Pro Bono Attorney, assisting victims of criminal domestic violence to obtain legal status. She also enjoys serving as a volunteer attorney to help individuals apply for U.S. citizenship with One America and the Seattle Office and Immigrant and Refugee Affairs. In law school, Eryne assisted refugees and asylum-seekers through the University of Washington Immigration Law Clinic.
