Edward Everett Bagnell, Jr. is an associate in the Litigation Section of the firm. Eddie's general litigation practice focuses on business torts, commercial litigation, construction, employment, intellectual property, products liability, insurance coverage and defense and creditors' rights. Eddie earned his B.A. from the University of Virginia in 2000 and his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2007, Cum Laude. He is a member of the Virginia and Richmond Bar Associations and the Virginia State Bar Young Lawyers Conference. He currently serves as Chair of the VSB YLC Admission and Orientation Ceremony Committee.
