Small town values - Big city experience. I am an attorney, certified fraud examiner, and registered private investigator. A very large portion of my practice is probate, employment law (private sector and government employees), and civil disputes. In the probate area, we frequently represent loved ones and estates in matters where allegations of financial irregularities have been made. It seems strange, but money makes people truly crazy. Ultimately, my practice is focused on helping people through tough situations. If you need counsel, we can probably help. We handle cases in each of Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC, including on the Eastern Shore in both Maryland and Virginia. Note: My practice is restricted to civil law -- I am not allowed to handle criminal defense cases as I am a part-time state prosecutor on the Delmarva.
