About
Douglas E. Menikheim is an associate in the Corporate/Securities Practice Group at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate at Mayer Brown, LLP in Manhattan. There he represented clients in general corporate and securities matters, as well as specific transactional matters for investment banks, private equity funds, pharmaceutical companies, and real estate investment trusts. Mr. Menikheim has experience representing buyers and sellers in connection with private mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Menikheim earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Hofstra University School of Law in May 2005 where he was awarded the highest achievement in Corporate and Securities Law and was a research editor for the Labor and Employment Law Journal. In 2001, he graduated from Lehigh University's College of Business and Economics with a major in Finance. Admitted to practice in the state of New York, Mr. Menikheim is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
