David T. Barton is a seasoned attorney based in Arizona, specializing in employment law and litigation. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1992, where he served as articles editor for the Brigham Young University Law Review. Prior to that, he graduated as valedictorian with a Bachelor of Science degree from the same institution in 1988. His impressive career includes significant roles within the litigation section of the Utah Attorney General’s office and at prominent employment law firms such as Johnson & Hatch and Quarles & Brady. In November 2012, David co-founded BurnsBarton, PLC, where he continues to provide exceptional legal services to clients across Arizona. Outside of his professional commitments, David is deeply engaged in his community, volunteering at his church and cherishing quality time with his four children and nine grandchildren. He and his wife, who have been partners for 38 years, also enjoy exploring new destinations together, balancing his professional dedication with a fulfilling personal life.
