Brian R. Ade is a distinguished attorney based in Hackensack, NJ, bringing over four decades of legal expertise to his practice. As a Partner in the firm’s Insurance Coverage & Litigation and Litigation & Appeals Practice Groups, he holds the prestigious designation of Certified Civil Trial Attorney from the New Jersey Supreme Court. Mr. Ade specializes in general practice with a strong focus on complex civil and commercial litigation, particularly in the realms of construction defect, product liability, toxic tort, environmental law, professional liability, and insurance coverage. His extensive experience includes defending clients against claims involving hazardous chemicals, such as PCBs, dioxin, lead, silica, and asbestos, as well as various medical, consumer, and industrial products. Notably, he has successfully litigated landmark cases before the New Jersey Supreme Court that have shaped the landscape of insurance law in the state. Recognized among "The Best Lawyers in America" in 2014, Mr. Ade has been honored with this distinction multiple times throughout his career. He earned his Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law in 1980 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Rutgers University, awarded in 1976.
