As a former King County Prosecutor, Adrienne prosecuted a broad range of cases, including fraud and other economic crimes. Adrienne's practice includes real estate and commercial litigation, trust and estate litigation, tax controversies, homeowner association disputes, class actions and other matters. Adrienne has litigated matters involving breach of real estate purchase and sale agreements, trusts and estates (TEDRA litigation), easement disputes, defense of borrowers and guarantors in banking and receivership actions, allegations of bad faith against insurance companies, and disputes with contractors.
