Victor assists individuals and businesses in a wide variety of matters, including commercial and residential real estate transactions; real estate development; tax assessment; preparing and reviewing contract documents; navigating requirements for residential and commercial land development; mergers and acquisitions; and business formation. Victor is a skilled litigator with experience in trial, discovery, and settlement negotiation in matters including breach of contract, fraud, real estate seller disclosure violations, negligence, statutory interpretation, declaratory judgment actions, and criminal defense. Victor was named a 2021 Super Lawyers Rising Star, a recognition received by only 2.5% of attorneys in Pennsylvania. His article, "What You Need to Know About Pennsylvania Drone Crimes," was published in the March/April 2020 issue of The Pennsylvania Lawyer magazine. He received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2017. He was as a member of Pitt Law's nationally recognized Mock Trial Team and a Staff Editor of the Journal of Technology Law & Policy, where his article, "Connected Vehicle Technology: An All Too Convenient Solution to Roadway Problems in the United States," was published in Fall 2015. He graduated summa cum laude from Slippery Rock University in 2014 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice.
