Krista represents real estate agents and brokers in state and federal civil lawsuits as well as administrative proceedings for breach of fiduciary duties, commission disputes, violations of the Pennsylvania Seller Disclosure Law, Real Estate Licensing and Registration Act, and the UTPCPL. She also represents real estate developers with business formation, land contracts, and master service agreements, as well as commercial and residential property owners in the formation of sales contracts and leases, and civil disputes. Krista offers internal training and risk management seminars to real estate professionals, addressing business management concerns and relevant developments in the law, including most recently "Risk Management for Commercial Agents"; "Real Estate Commission Investigations";"Update on USPAP"; "Pitfalls of Dual Agency", and "Overview of Seller Disclosure Laws." She also lectures frequently for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Her most recent presentations include "The Role of Insurance and Indemnity in Business Litigation" and "Drafting & Modifying Residential Agreements of Sale." Krista also has significant experience in insurance law and has defended major insurers in state and federal courts in breach of contract and statutory bad faith actions.
