Tom Holt advises businesses and other clients on a broad spectrum of employment matters. He regularly assists employers with responding to charges from administrative agencies; managing wage and hour, workplace safety, and other audits; and conducting lawful and effective workplace investigations. He also advises on compliance issues such as wage and hour, leaves of absence, disability accommodation, and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements, as well as providing training on employment law compliance. Tom also provides clients with the full panoply of legal defense in litigated employment and labor matters, including depositions, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, and trial. In addition to regularly advising and representing employers in court and in administrative matters in the United States, Tom devotes a substantial amount of his practice to transnational and international employment issues. He has handled or assisted with matters related to most European Union member states, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, China, Japan, Singapore, Russia, Brazil, Argentina, Honduras, Belize, Costa Rica, and Tanzania.
