Steven J. Kramer is Of Counsel to Tully Rinckey PLLC. Steven’s practice encompasses a number of areas of law including business law, general litigation, family and matrimonial law, music law, copyrights and trademarks. Steven is an active member of the legal community with more than 20 years of experience. He is admitted to practice in New York State, as well as the District of Columbia – working in both areas since 1985. In 1989, he was granted the ability to practice in the U.S. District Court of Maryland, and in 1996, he was admitted to practice throughout that state. Prior to joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Steven formed his own firm, which operates out of Washington, D.C. His firm provides legal services to clients such as AES Tutoring, Blue Gin, the National Puerto Rican Coalition and the World Bank Staff Association. Steven earned his juris doctorate from the Washington College of Law of American University in 1985. This followed his graduation with high honors from the University at Binghamton in 1978. Steven is multilingual and able to work with clients that speak Spanish, Italian or through Sign Language. He holds a membership in the District of Columbia Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and Washington Area Lawyers for the Arts.
