Sarah is an experienced litigator adept at risk and conflict management. She provides a deliberative and empathetic approach to help reach agreements her clients can understand and happily accept. Prior to joining Lyda Law Firm, Sarah focused on commercial litigation for small and medium-sized businesses in San Antonio, Texas. Her practice included everything from the initial demand to appeals to the Texas Supreme Court. Sarah also worked as an Assistant Attorney General for several years for the Colorado Office of the Attorney General, where she worked in the Consumer Fraud unit. Sarah recently returned to Denver and is excited to join legal and community-based organizations. Sarah was active in San Antonio’s Women’s Bar Association, through which she graduated from the LEAD Academy and served on the community service committee. Sarah also served on the Board of Directors of the THRU Project, an organization devoted to bridging the gap between foster care and adulthood. Sarah is looking forward to becoming an active and conscientious member of the Denver community. Sarah earned her law degree from the University of Texas, where she served on a committee for public outreach for the American Bar Association, mentored first-year students, and worked as a teaching assistant for undergraduate constitutional law courses. Sarah also represented victims of domestic violence as a student attorney. Prior to law school, Sarah graduated from Vanderbilt University.
