Samuel Meyler has over 16 years of experience helping and guiding both individuals and businesses in a broad range of legal matters. Sam primarily focuses his practice on real estate, general business and corporate matters, debtor/creditor rights, dispute resolution and civil litigation. Sam regularly represents developers, and individual buyers and sellers in real estate transactions and disputes, as well as businesses in corporate and commercial transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions and asset purchases/sales. Sam’s experience spans many industries and businesses of all sorts and sizes, including representation of real estate firms/brokerages, contractors, automotive dealerships, automotive repair shops, real estate investment and holding companies, restaurants, tech start-ups, beauty salons, dental offices, fitness studios, and others. Sam is regularly appointed by the King County Superior Court to serve as an arbitrator and has presided over more than 20 arbitrations. With his diverse and broad background, Sam is able to provide clients with comprehensive services from start to finish. Sam was born and raised in Washington, earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law where he competed nationally on the mock trial team. Outside of the office, Sam enjoys spending time with his family, traveling to new destinations, and is an avid Seattle sports fan.
