After receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida, Sam obtained his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. In an effort to sharpen his understanding of business, Sam obtained a Master’s Degree in Business and Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida in 2011 and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, an international honor society for business school graduates. Mr. Landol was admitted to the Florida Bar and the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 2003. He began his legal career representing individual bankruptcy debtors filing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies in Miami, Ft Lauderdale, and Palm Beach. Since 2005, Sam has been representing Condominium and Homeowner Associations throughout the state of Florida and assists them with collections, foreclosures, contract review, drafting and amending governing documents, covenant enforcement, drafting legal opinions and assisting his association clients with the daily operation and administration of their communities. Sam speaks English, Spanish and limited Portuguese.
