Ryan is an experienced civil litigator and a member of the firm’s business litigation and bankruptcy practice group. He has represented companies in complex commercial litigations and securities fraud cases in state and federal courts. Ryan has helped businesses and entities navigate a variety of disputes, including contract disputes, construction litigation, Chapter 11 litigation, and real estate litigation.
