Having practiced law for nearly two decades, both in private practice and as in-house counsel, Roie has extensive experience in business transactions, commercial litigation and estate planning. As a seasoned litigator, Roie had successfully resolved and achieved favorable outcomes for his clients on a wide range of civil disputes – including several multimillion-dollar lawsuits – on matters involving contractual breaches, partnership disputes, property-related claims, construction-related disputes, injunctions and many other commercial matters. As a corporate lawyer, both as in-house and as an outside general counsel, Roie had assisted his clients in consummating countless commercial transactions ranging from mergers & acquisitions, capital raises, business formations and re-organizations, corporate governance and real estate-related transactions.
