MARK E. HOUSE is a partner in the firm, and is licensed to practice law in both Arizona and Alabama. Mark specializes in Estate and Trust Litigation. Mark speaks regularly on topics ranging from drafting in avoidance of litigation to the income tax issues of trust funding. He also guest lectures at the Arizona State University College of Law. He received his B.S.B.A. in Business Economics from Northern Arizona University in 1995 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1998. Mark is a member of the Arizona and American Bar Associations, the Maricopa County Bar Association, a member and former director of the Central Arizona Estate Planning Counsel and a founding member of the Scottsdale Young Estate Planners.
