As an experienced transportation litigator and a member of the Truck Industry Defense Association, Robert serves as Regional Coordinating Counsel for a multinational trucking and logistics company, overseeing catastrophic personal injury cases throughout the eastern United States. He is often called to lead rapid response investigations following truck crashes, having authored the firm’s protocols for preserving evidence and prepared comprehensive resources on commercial motor vehicle documentation and federal regulations. His commitment to safety training and compliance is evident in his presentations on FMCSR compliance, truck accident investigations, and managing crash scenes, making him a trusted advisor in the field of transportation law.
