Born and raised in Nebraska, I learned the value of hard work at a young age. I'm a leader, having served as President of the Sudent Bar Association at Villanova Law School and as co-chair and executive committee member of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Workers Compensation Section. I enjoy helping others and try to lead by example. I am presenting serving as a co-chair of the Solo and Small Law Firm Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association. After initially working as a law clark for an insurance defense law firm in Philadelphia, I quickely realized I was on the wrong side. My passion is in helping give a voice to those who need one - serious njury victims in Philadelphia and Eastern Pennsylvania. I immediatly began handling personal injury and workers compensation cases. In 2013, the first year the test was offered, I sat for adn became certified as a specailist in workers compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association, which certifiication I have consitently maintained to present. My practice is uniquely qualified and experienced in handling workers' compensation cases, personal injury cases and disability cases. In some cases, that can mean helping you with two or three cases. I understand how each of of these claims affects each other, thus allowing our firm to maximize your overall recovery. In 2018, I settled a construction accident case for $1.8 Million where our client also received an additional $500,000+ in workers compensation benefits and was awarded social secuirty benfits. We handled all three claims. I also selectively handle medical malpractice cases. I have resolved three seven figure medical malpracitice ases and several more six figure cases.
