William is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals. William has served as a court appointed Arbitrator in both State and Federal Courts. William also serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, presiding over settlement conferences on behalf of the Court.
