Richard T. Bobbe III is a seasoned trial attorney based in Philadelphia, PA, at Greenblatt, Pierce, Funt, & Flores LLC. With nearly 20 years of dedicated legal experience, Mr. Bobbe has established himself as a formidable advocate in both state and federal courts across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His extensive background includes a diverse array of criminal cases, ranging from drug possession to homicide, as well as significant experience in personal injury law and investigations. Mr. Bobbe began his legal career at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office under the leadership of Lynne Abraham, where he honed his skills by successfully prosecuting thousands of cases. Following his tenure in the public sector, he transitioned to a civil law firm, where he adeptly managed cases involving professional malpractice, fraud investigations, and the defense of personal injury claims from inception through trial. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Bobbe is actively engaged in the legal community. He serves on the Executive Board of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (PACDL) and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia District Attorney Alumni Association. His commitment to legal education is further evidenced by his role on the Board of Directors of the Dickinson School of Law Alumni Society. A proud alumnus of the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, where he earned his law degree in 1999, Mr. Bobbe was a leader on campus, serving as President of the Student Bar Association and as a founding member of the Dickinson Rugby Football Club. He holds an undergraduate degree from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, obtained in 1994.
