About

In 1979, I became the father of beautiful twin daughters. Melanie was challenged with cerebral palsy. I made the decision to become expert at public benefits and planning for persons with disabilities. Melanie has received benefits through three different Medicaid programs, the SSI program of Social Security, Social Security Disability income, Medicare medical and prescription drug coverage, and Vocational Rehabilitation services. Over twenty years ago, i transferred our experience and knowledge about planning, public benefits and caregiving issues to meeting the needs of older clients as they plan for and deal with the retirement and aging process. I have associate attorneys who are very competent in these areas, and a professional staff to help meet the legal needs of our clients. Together, we strive to practice our firm Purpose Statement: Legal Solutions for Lifetime Health and Wealth for Older Adults, Families and Persons with Disabilities.
