I have been an attorney for more than 35 years, practicing in the areas of estate planning and probate. More than ten years ago, I added the area of elder law to my practice. Then, in 2010, I became a VA Accredited Attorney which authorizes me to assist clients with VA benefits. Estate planning includes the following: Should you have a will or a trust? How to avoid probate? Who should be your personal representative (executor or trustee?) Elder law includes a number of areas of law.
