About

Mr. Gold was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1977. He is a trial attorney and is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law, is a member of the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Civil Trial Advocate, and National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Gold has previously practiced with or been a partner with the following firms: The Law Offices of Frank Branson, P.C.; Friedman McKernan & Gold; Morgan and Weisbrod; Houssiere, Durant, Houssiere & Gold; and Perry and Haas. Mr. Gold has extensive trial experience representing Plaintiffs in virtually all areas of Personal Injury law and has done so with tremendous success. He brings with him an aggressive attitude, a proactive approach, and a strong work ethic in order to achieve our collective goal of providing the best representation possible for our injury clients. Mr. Gold is a current Director of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Director of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, and is a member of the Continuing Legal Education Committee, as well as the Litigation Section for the State Bar of Texas. He is a former President of the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association and former Chairman of the State Bar of Texas Litigation Section. Mr. Gold is a recognized authority on Discovery in Texas, and he has written and taught on the subject extensively. He served on the Supreme Court Advisory Subcommittee on Discovery Reform with respect to the 1999 amendments to the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. Mr. Gold has a state-wide practice and travels between our Houston and Bedford offices.
