Ms. Aversano was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in November 1992. Ms. Aversano graduated in 1987 from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in History and was a Candidate for a Master's in Public Administration from Texas State University in 1990.Ms. Aversano graduated from The University of Texas School of Law in 1992. She was an Assistant Attorney General from 1992 to 1996 with the responsibility of defending the State of Texas and state employees in medical malpractice lawsuits. Following her tenure as an Assistant Attorney General, Ms. Aversano opened her own law practice with an emphasis on medical malpractice and catastrophic injury litigation. She has extensive experience in the prosecution and defense of medical malpractice lawsuits throughout the State of Texas. Ms. Aversano is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Houston Bar Association, and the State Bar College. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas Animal Law Section and is actively involved in the rescue and rehabilitation of homeless animals. Ms. Aversano is located in the Houston Clear Lake Office.
