Nathan Ohler began his legal career in private practice in Boise, specializing in civil defense litigation involving contractual disputes, government entities, federal claims and construction matters. He has significant experience in alternative dispute resolution, pre- and post-trial motion practice, and claims brought under the U.S. Constitution and civil rights statutes. Mr. Ohler continues to practice general civil defense litigation, including construction defect and insurance defense.
