Marcus Johnson began his legal career in private practice in Boise, practicing in civil litigation involving business and contractual disputes, intellectual property law, and construction issues. Previously, Marcus served as an extern law clerk for the Honorable B. Lynn Winmill in the United States District Court, District of Idaho. Marcus joined RMED in 2018 and continues to practice general civil litigation, including business disputes and construction defect litigation, as well as real estate development, land use and defense of real estate broker claims. When he is not at the office, Marcus can typically be found spending time with family and friends on Lake Coeur d’Alene, golfing, or skiing.
