Nathan Gallinat is licensed in Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico. His practice focuses on construction defect, insurance defense, and commercial litigation. He is a commercial litigator who worked for civil litigation and insurance defense firms prior to joining Jaburg Wilk. Prior to entering private practice, Nate was a law clerk at the U.S. EPA office of Regional Counsel in Chicago and studied at the Notre Dame London Law Program in 2017. He has deep commitment to the CASA program – Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children – having supported them both in Colorado as the Denver Juvenile Court liaison and later in New Mexico as a volunteer with Mesilla Valley CASA.
