Emma is a commercial litigation attorney licensed in Arizona and the District Court of Arizona. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, employment law, and education law matters. Prior to being admitted to practice, Emma clerked at various Phoenix area law firms assisting with probate, insurance defense, and breach of contract claims. While in law school, she completed two externships, one at the Arizona House of Representatives where she worked with the Rules Committee and the second at the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division I. Additionally, she completed an internship at the Arizona Center for Disability Law in their Special Education Advocacy Program.
