About

As a member of Gesmer Updegrove's litigation practice, Nancy is ready to step in to assist clients with any disputes that might arise in the course of their business. While Nancy is comfortable in a courtroom, she realizes that some of the most important work she can do for her clients is to keep them out of court. Nancy is also a member of the firm’s Employment Group and is available to counsel clients regarding various employment matters, and has a particular expertise in the litigation of non-competition agreements. Before joining Gesmer, Nancy was associated with Robinson & Cole LLP in Boston where she was a member of the firm’s business litigation group and employment group where she served a broad array of clients in all aspects of litigation and appellate matters.
