Michael, a native of Northern Virginia, joined WCLEW in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, Michael completed a clerkship with the Honorable LeRoy F. Millette of the 31st Judicial Circuit Court of Virginia (now of the Virginia Supreme Court). Michael works primarily with the litigation section on commercial litigation and general business representation. In addition, Michael has experience negotiating and drafting construction contracts, title litigation and title company representation, religious entity representation, resolving partnership, and corporate disputes and commercial collections.
Litigation attorneys represent clients in civil lawsuits, handling all aspects of disputes from filing through trial and appeal. They are skilled advocates in and out of the courtroom. Common matters include civil disputes, business litigation, contract disputes, appeals.
