Michael J. Crow is a principal at Beasley Allen Crow Methvin Portis & Miles, PC, where he specializes in personal injury law, focusing on car and truck litigation, premises liability, and brain injury cases. With extensive experience in litigating against major retail corporations such as Wal-Mart and Home Depot, Mike possesses a deep understanding of their operational practices and procedures. His notable litigation includes several cases against a local school board for violations of Section 1983 and Title IX, addressing serious issues such as the sexual assault of students by a substitute teacher and the school board’s failure to implement adequate Title IX policies and provide necessary medical care within state, county, and city facilities. Mike has been an active member of the Montgomery County Bar Association’s Grievance Committee for the past 15 years and was appointed to the Alabama State Bar’s Disciplinary Commission in 2009. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice’s Interstate Trucking Litigation Group.
