Michael G. Stuart is a seasoned attorney and the founder of the Law Offices of Michael G. Stuart, located in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Psychology from Pace University in New York. Before pursuing a legal career, Michael gained valuable experience as a general accountant in the medical science industry. He earned his Juris Doctor from Pace University’s School of Law in White Plains, New York, and subsequently worked in the Tax Department at Coopers & Lybrand, CPAs in Portland, Oregon. Beginning his law practice in Portland, Michael relocated to Chicago in 1989, where he focused on Estate and Tax Planning. Recognizing the need for a collaborative approach to client advisement, he founded The Stuart Legacy Alliance, LLC. The firm emphasizes the importance of working alongside a client’s advisory team to achieve their goals in a proactive and dynamic manner. Today, the firm specializes in Estate and Exit Planning, Business Planning, and Asset Protection, offering innovative programs designed to help families and businesses maintain their plans effectively. In addition to his legal practice, Michael is actively involved in his community, serving on the Boards of the Mental Health Association of Greater Chicago and the Executive Board of the Boy Scouts of America. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, and golfing.
