John O’Toole, possesses a strong foundation of legal experience shaped by the many roles he has filled in life. A graduate of West Point, he served our nation as an army infantry officer before returning to civilian life. In his 30 years in the insurance industry, Mr. O’Toole worked as a company adjuster/claims evaluator, underwriter and broker. He had key roles within several of the largest underwriting and insurance wholesale brokerage companies, including the company that pioneered the first Employment Lawyer Chicago policy.
