Mr. Mule has significant trial experience before juries and judges in the United States District Courts in New York and in the state courts of New York and New Jersey, and has arbitrated a number of cases. He also has argued appeals in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and in the Appellate Divisions of New York and New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mule litigated a broad base of cases, including real estate disputes, commercial contract cases, fraud cases, banking, employment and maritime matters. By way of example, he has represented real property owners, developers, homeowner and condominium associations in contract claims, claims involving corporate procedure, real property and zoning matters, represented title insurance companies and their insureds in claims and title disputes, and participated in a five-month trial in federal court defending an international bank against R.I.C.O., fraud and conversion of collateral claims. In addition, he has represented developers before various town, zoning and planning boards in municipalities on Long Island. In March 2012, Mr. Mule was appointed a member of the Suffolk County Vanderbilt Museum Commission. As an active member of his community, he is the immediate past president of the Townwide Fund of Huntington, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation that provides funding to numerous charities serving residents of the Town of Huntington, and is currently the President of the Huntington Lawyers Club. Mr. Mulè has presented seminars and presentations before several organizations, covering various litigation, alternative dispute resolution, real property and zoning subjects.
