Mr. Lampert is a trial attorney in the firm's Litigation Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in all areas of personal injury defense litigation, municipal liability, insurance defense and premises liability cases. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lampert was a Senior Trial Attorney in the Nassau County District Attorney's Office where he was responsible for successfully prosecuting high profile violent felony and vehicular homicide cases, including New York State's first case of Aggravated Vehicular Homicide. Mr. Lampert is admitted to the New York State Bar as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He received his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 2003 and his Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University in 2000.
