Mark E. Milsop is an accomplished attorney at Berger and Green in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, specializing in personal injury and transportation law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, with a minor in Speech Communication, from the Pennsylvania State University in 1989. Subsequently, he received his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in 1992, graduating with honors. Mr. Milsop is licensed to practice before all Pennsylvania courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
